Three Guldan tips I found on a healing forum this morning
1. You should aim to have no more than 3 stacks on any one person (though Warlocks in particular may be able to take twice that). We were looking for a clearer definition of #, this site says 3 is doable.
2. You should counter Black Harvest with Tranquility, or another large raid cooldown.

There was lots of discussion last night (sometimes rather heated) about what our healing standards should be as far as ideal group set-up.
I wanted to put some information out based on a conversation that Skarn and I had after raid so that we are all on the same page.

Once 7.2 land M+10 difficulty will go up and reward for M+10 will be 905+ item.
This will apply to weekly chest you get on Tuesday.
So right now you can do "old" easy M+10 and get 905 reward from weekly chest. (confirmed by blue post)

I'll show up to raid about 9pm tonight. Boy Scouts "new parent orientation" ... apparently they want to make sure that the new boys know how to deal with camping in the woods.
My kid chases off coyotes with nerf guns. If only that was an approved exemption.

I've noticed that on the last couple of raid nights, people have been getting tired around 11pm, and people's attention have been dropping. (This includes myself, with teleporting directly into smash, and then rolling right off the bridge) With us hitting the more mechanically focused bosses, this is definitely not a good thing.

Some thing's other bears have suggested as fixes:
- Dps trinkets. Cres is running a survivability legendary might be worth switching if he has something with a dps proc.
- switch to Satyr neck enchant. Higher proc rate therefore more consistent threat generation

Everyone:
Please remember that all mechanics are critical, these heroic fights are not dps races for the most parts, yes they have a dps component but if you do the mechanics properly the dps will naturally fall into place because everyone can be in the right place at the right time.

Few things to consider for heroic Tich:
1. Bloods heal for 700% of the amount of damage that they deal. So if we don't want to pull them out we can do that by using CDs to minimize the damage they do to Cresc. He already doesn't take much melee damage just because he is a bear, a monk is ideal for this because of their artifact weapon skill, but a bear is 2nd. Add to that BoPs, ironskin, other defensive/external CDs. All ranged and melee dps are able to attack and kill faster. This is an option to consider.
