Legion class previews are rolling out this week with some significant changes to at least some of the classes, including priests.
Holy looks a bit more straightforward, I'm looking forward to being able to play it alongside Disc and Shadow.
The Shadow changes are quite interesting, I'm wondering how well the Insanity will flow and how well I can control the transition into Voidform for a degree of burst when needed. I could see some frustration with just missing a key phase of the fight with maximum Voidform haste or having to burn a 2 minute cooldown at an inopportune time to burst at the right time. It would suck to be changing in and out of Mastery gear for each fight just to get Insanity to line up. Still though, having some burst will be nice.
The Disc changes look like it will be a fun spec and a challenge to play well.
I don't like it(position based mastery for holy paladins - omg) but will not go into details since it is really early. Will wait for beta.
BOOOOONESTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORM!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like they're going back to the BC paladin style: no holy power, less active procs, a lot of mitigation occurs passively/randomly.
Gone will be my 60-second rotation, and replaced with my BC macro of 23232323232323...
After 2 xpacs think they finally figured out how mistweaver supposed to work. Fistweaving and chi are gone from the healing spec.
Personally I'm mixed. I have zero interest in playing a melee hunter. I'll have to see how BM and MM each feel. I'm super not happy that BM requires using a gun since that doesn't fit my "class fantasy" a bit.
